We work with a project structure, this means that we always assign a multidisciplinary team to the project to consider the impact of different phases in the design of any installation (we not only design from the engineering vision but also considering its assembly and maintenance).
Design and
engineering
We have a multidisciplinary team of highly experienced engineers and technicians, capable of designing complete facilities for the handling of ingredients. From basic and detailed engineering to pre-implementation studies and adaptation to new regulations, calculation of structures and studies of efficiency improvements and process optimization.
Manufacturing and
assembly
We have the capacity to manufacture the equipment internally and we have a facility that allows it to be assembled and perform the necessary tests before shipping. Within our procedures and verifications, we include FAT and SAT tests, and we always invite the client to verify the qualities and designs of the different equipment before being delivered.
Commissioning and Start up
All our equipment is supervised throughout the installation until commissioning by Gashor personnel, ensuring that it works correctly and according to the agreed technical and hygiene specifications.
